2-20 zon tiara

I know how to look up blue items, but couldn't find any of these. do zons care about about FCR?

Tiara in the price history, but both trades are from 2022:

The problem is that amazons need a lot more fcr to reach the same breakpoints as other classes (e.g. with 152 fcr a amazon teleports as fast as a barb/sorc with 20 fcr or a paladin/necro/warlock with 48 fcr). Because of that it's often better to get a lot of frw and farm areas where you don't need

Teleport.

In addition to that Javazon (

Lightning Fury) is the most popular amazon build but uses

Griffon's Eye. So no need for other circlets. A physical bowazon (

Strafe /

Multiple Shot) prefers more sockets or other things (e.g. frw or knockback) over +skills and fcr. Frostmaiden (

Freezing Arrow) usually just uses m'avina set or

Nightwing's Veil.

So I'm not sure you can get much for it even if you get 2 sockets in it. I personally would just

With new expansion we have recipes for adding tasty stuff to the blue items . Does’t its not raise the value of items like this one ?

Which recipes are you talking about? There were some data mined recipes which added -enemy res on top but those were never active.
