I will kill all the bosses to get the organs (takes round about 2-3 mins, depends on Lilith spawn)
We open up UT, you can stay in the city and chill (can watch the uber via stream (twitch/discord))
Are all bosses in the UT down, I will bring you the torch to the town (or you get it by yourself in the UT)

ok, more specific: how much in HR (most used coin in d2 trades and offers)

In HR? That's about 1/6th HR or roughly one Ist (at most) to get that amount of keys.
You can easily break an Ist down into Pul- Um- Mal runes and buy up small quantities of keys to form a 3x3 and 2 more keys (total 11 keys).
I run Uber svcs and sell UNIDs quite a bit and you just have to find people that don't overvalue their keys which is often those selling smaller quantities.
