Pricing any items at any point is tricky. Especially if they are so time critical as the torches. A good rule of thumb. An average torch should cost you at least as much as a 3x3 set costs you. This is currently Mal Ist or Gul. This is an above average torch, so you should expect more than this... I have seen the highest s torches being sold for Sur before and Ber in the beginning. This is not one of them tho. So price-wise Gul < your torch < Sur. Can't say for sure where
