New D2R Updates Based on Alpha Feedback

Blizzard released new visual and quality of life changes.

A couple highlights:
-added toggle to always show items
-confirmed 3 tabs for Shared Stash

Lol I remember Llama drawing up one of their tech alpha chipped gems in paint with scribbles. Bless this game.

the potions still look a bit weird.
i think it could just be the background that make some of the items look weird.
maybe if the background was more like the inventory slots?

looks like there will just be a limited beta for people who pre-purchase the game. then it's open for all to try the beta.
except it doesn't look like nintendo switch players will get into the beta.

Weird that Switch wasn’t mentioned for Beta.

Potions look greatly improved but still lack contrast IMO. Same for gems. Wonder if gamma settings will return for this?

I’m not surprised switch is not mentioned for beta. I have a feeling switch is having performance issues with this game and they are waiting as long as possible to show it. Time will tell.

At least the oled will have a rj45 port iirc.

I dont have a switch, if the new model had actual upgrades to the hardware I would have considered buying one next year maybe just to play d2 on the go.

So make it less pretty for the switch?

Yeah that’s my guess or maybe 4 player multiplayer instead of 8 or something similar.

I saw his stream, too. And his scribble looked even better than the original (d2r) one ... lol.

I'm getting hyped more and more tbh...

I love the updates, all good news in my opinion.

I'm just glad Blizzard is back to having a powerful visual. It always bothered me how weak it appeared in alpha.
