I have seen some anni's out there for trade.
Just wanted to throw in my two cents here, because I just spent a full week grinding Tal Rasha's Adjudication. It sells for a Vex and up.

Tal Rasha's Adjudication is a Set item, not a Unique item. It hasn't been worth a Vex in a while. Tyreal's Might is also pretty expensive because it's stupidly rare (although completely useless aside from swag value)
Maybe the "average" or "fair" price. but ive seen tons of sales on this site for people paying either wayyyy too much or way too little for some GG stuff lol. It's the blind leading the blind with pricing for new people who are buying with a new person selling it.

my money is on a perfect roll Ethereal Tomb Reaver . I think it is (or will be) worth more than a perfect anni, because anni is not "that" hard to get: 1/726 annis are perfect. And people will just keep farming more and more of them. Perfect Ethereal Tomb Reaver with all of its rolls... who knows when we'll even see one on the market?
