Rolled my first Grief and did pretty OK!
Didn't get max IAS, but honestly a 6% loss I don't think is too bad. 397 damage and -25% enemy poison resist!
I'm still on my first character since 2001, and my Zealadin is now absolutely drunk on raw physical damage power.

Concerning the IAS it is only important to reach the desired breakpoint.
