Pretty sure I can get you close to 20 pt. I can make you Authority, got an extra Shako, got a Bind DemonSplendor, HoTo, anni... That's 12 points. Don't have an extra lock torch unfortunately. SOJs aren't too expensive and you can sometimes get a +3 Ammy. I do have an extra Mara. Hrmm.. mara + 2 SoJ + Arachnid Mesh + demon Boots is 20 points.
