I think it's more an expectation issue over anything else. Like "I feel my Porsche 911 is a bit slow. Have been driving a Bugatti Bolide as my first car."

Lol, I think it all boils down to personal preferences. I have a fully equipped Mosaic Sin (both Claws with +3 Phoenix Strike and other mods like Blades of Ice etc., both with +15 Lightning Dmg, a nice rolled Griffon's Eye with an Uber Jewel (+20/-30 in sum), Sunder with -8, Skillers with life, SCs with allres and MF etc. She blasts everything in seconds in P8, but I still prefer playing my cold Sorc
