At the beginning of any account, Ber rune, in my opinion, is more important than Jah rune. Because Ber runes is used for many runewords that is top priority of any account. Such as Enigma, Infinity and Chains of Honor The good runewords that use Jah runes, except for Enigma, are more used for specific builds, for example, Dream, Faith and Ice.
Gold Value. The Ber rune hits the trade Cap price of 35,000 Gold pieces. All runes at Gul or higher are similarly capped in Gold value.
A word of caution - do NOT sell your Ber rune for Gold to an NPC. PLENTY of players will be competing to buy your Ber for Gold if that is what you want to trade it for. At the moment, an Ist (worth ~1/10 of a Ber) can get you >10,000,000 Gold pieces in trade. Imagine what a Ber can buy you in Gold.
