There's no way to specify additional filters on price-check/ .
So I tend to enter the item, necessarily do an unfiltered search, and then on the results page (which has the filters menu) hit "Select Defaults" and "Apply filters", to get the price check for my realm.
This obviously wastes your server performance and my time with the unfiltered query I'm not interested in, so it would be nice if I could select filters straight away.

use the user profile to select the defaults according to it (as when you create a trade)
