I for one, try NOT to talk to Warriv on my mule characters - if i accidentally click him, that mule is now dishonored (i still keep them, but they have to live with the shame)
Can be used to make Runewords:

I always place Raven Frost to the left slot.
After killing Andariel I use the quest town portal (not my own or someone else's), talk to Warriv ONLY and leave the game as soon as I spawn in Act II.
Some of you know why.
Also, I tend to complete a difficulty level (all quests + all waypoints) before proceeding to the next one. But if someone rushes me and offers a rush through the next difficulty, I join it, and complete previous difficulty later (likely overleveled).

OP
same. right hand slots are the devils slots!
I do this as well. Let him follow me around camp like a lost puppy.
I used to also get cubes for my muels, for the extra space.
If I don't talk to Warriv he always says hello to me

Color matching jewels to armors and skills. You may have seen me annoyingly asking for only red IAS jewels. Still need btw
Does not matter if its Diablo 2 or Resident Evil 4, Inventory management is SUUUPER important, It has to follow some kind of logic, same typ of Charm skin, or if they are different, same resistant type / % FHR, Attack rating, Higher numbers to the right lower to the left.
If small charms are mismatched try to place em so it is some kind of symmetry.
even all shared stash thabs are meticulous sorted to not be total Chaos.
always carry 3-4 Full Rev Potions & 3-4 Antidote potions as well in the Cube, only throwing away Antidote if more needed items are found like charms jewels etc.
Don't like not having all waypoints, If i was helped / rushed and missed some, I will need to go back and get them eventually.
Save all Jewels for Crafting Caster, Amulet & Caster Ring, Hitpower rings etc

People in this thread outing themselves as tylenol babies. Nooice.
All my mules are barbs. Because they look like they can carry a lot of stuff.
I also drop everything but keep an identification scroll, put it on 4 in the Belt slot and chose identify as right click spell. That way, I can great other players by jelling at them.

When doing TZs, I touch any crossing WP. I just like the blue flames.
I wait to check my quest log until every quest in the act is complete, so I can watch them all do the animation in unison

When I'm waiting for Dclone to walk, I look for areas in town where I can trap my mercenary. He'll make several attempts to get by, but once he's trapped he can't escape. It's not as easy as it looks.
Now I wonder if you base this on some new information (since RotW), or quite outdated information?
In my understanding Andariel's quest bug was worked around in D2R, so that you don't need the steps you describe above to get the quest drops on every subsequent Andy kill. They made it so that she always use the quest drop table even on non-quest kills. However, the actual bug was never fixed, which became a problem with Terror Zones - if you do the above you would get the normal (quest) drops also from TZ'ed Andy, instead of the improved TZ drops. So in D2R quest bugging her had the only effect that it sabotaged TZs.
I haven't came across any information suggesting that this would have changed again in RotW. However, in a recent RotW patch Andariel's regular drops where nerfed. I don't know how this nerfing interacts with the quest bug, whether the bug was actually fixed (rather than worked around), or if there is again reason since RotW to try to quest-bug her? Please enlighten us if you know more (or take note if you did not know about the d2r-related changes in the first place)!
Usually available after 21CET. Most of my Expansion trades can be converted to RotW, just ask.
I assumed that it was fixed in D2R (both the original bug and the later one with TZs). So now it is just a habit. But I also play mods based on legacy D2, which may or may not have it fixed (or somehow worked around), so I do the same there.
Thought I was the only one.
Now theres two!

It sounds like a bold assumption that it is fixed though, I haven't came across evidence that it is. Anyways, that's probably a question for another thread.
