No value. you cant use both shiver and Chilling Armor at once, and Energy Shield is much better done with a Memory staff
I'm aware you can't use both, i also thought chilling was the frozen... either way i digress. Over this it's a tops of +3, this is 1h if it had 3 light 3 ess it would be 1 off Memory, which still requires 3 ES and any possible other buffs, IE armours. it is a 3% diff 71%-74%, so def noticable, but also saves points for armours, if not going frozen.
Either way, no value and low value arent the same thing. got a Gul for it.
