I use my highest level character to farm TZ's, find any ol grand charm, reroll until it's good. As long as you have a supply of Pgems, it's 100% effective.
It is like gambling
Sometimes you have luck and get a good roll (my best was sold for 2 Jah runes), but usually you get a pure skiller for a lot of Perfect Gems. My last skiller GC is not rolled but was dropped by a random monster in Chaos Sanctuary.Skiller GC can be rolled from ilvl 50, but not worth it. The fine ones are ilvl 91+ (lvl89+ character in Terror zone) and ofc Diablo and Baal can drop ilvl99 GC's. IMHO if you got a skiller, just stop reroll it, you can get high enough ilvl GC's very easy. Ofc I have a few skiller for sale

When I look for rune, you can offer Perfect Gems as well.

I'm not sure if I'm quite there yet either. I think the rolling infatuation might be a function of how long you've been in the game. However, I'm almost at the point that I would really like a few Chaos skillers at the cost of a few hundred pgems. Ironically, I just sold 230 yesterday lol

Oddly enough, I found a GC in a TZ last night and took a few pulls on the RNG slot machine and got an assassin skiller on the 3rd go but yeah, there's a reason people are buying them hundreds at a time.
