I try to change my server to asian via command -address kr.actual.battle.net in steam, but I can't join the server with the host. It seems that I join some separate asian server since there are only chinese parties in lobby (59.153.42.138). Any solution?

No, IP based dclone spawning is not a thing in D2R anymore.

It is a thing in D2:LoD (not D2R), and was a in D2R before patch 2.4 (ladder season 1, more than 4 years ago).

You just need to be on the same realm as the host.

Do note however that chat messages are bugged, and /uberdiablo command is also bugged. You sometimes don't get all/any messages in your chat (there will still be a dclone if you're on the correct region and game mode), and /uberdiablo will sometimes report the wrong status.

Also - this was a ladder walk. Your profile is marked as non-ladder. Were you on a ladder character?
