"You only need to have Sunder charm in your inventory when you start the game in order for this bug to apply on your Cursed Demon. Because Bound Demon is “resummoned” on every game startup. Demon inherits physical sunder effects from your character. After starting the game, you can swap out Sunder charm if you don’t need it. Cursed Demon Amp Damage will still apply twice vs Physical Immune monsters. "
