I've checked the set and the following items needs adjustments to the partial equipped set bonuses:
Horazon's Countenance: "+15 to Strength (3 set items)" --> "+15 to Strength (4 set items)"
Horazon's Dominion: "Poison Resist +25% (2 set items) +15 to Vitality (3 set items) Damage Reduced by 15% (4 set items) +15 to Strength (5 set items)" --> "Poison Resist +25% (2 set items) +15 to Vitality (4 set items)"
