echoing strike warlock void runeword question

I used a

Legend Spike with +3 to

Mirrored Blades to buff single target attacks, but I'm sure there are better combinations. It is quite effective, imo.

I made one for my Hdin in a

Kris with + to

Abyss, but I am sure there are better options.

It works well on ES Lock though, damage is comparable if not better than

Eth Forti TM, and as Void has 40 FCR, also allows a bit more flexibility in terms of gear while hitting 125 FCR.

The downside is less physical damage and so less leech, which in the end was a dealbreaker for me, went back to my Forti TM.

For ES, weapon speed doesn't matter. And while daggers generally don't exactly offer stellar weapon damage (especially with Void, thanks to no ED), you'd want to at least get as much as you can either way. So that leaves you with a

Legend Spike as the highest dmg option. Ideally, an ethereal one.

Fanged Knife isn't far behind but a bit behind none the less.

In terms of skills, if you're actively choosing Void then you're going after magic dmg more than phys, meaning you likely aren't running a pure ES build but either bane or purge as the primary source of dmg. Whichever one of those you're going with is hence your preferred skill.
For the other skills, echoing and mastery would both add a bit more phys dmg plus AR so they're certainly not a bad addition even though neither of them should have as much impact on your performance as bane/purge.
