Question about Zeal-Dream-Sorc IAS breakpoints

I wanted to use a

Guardian's Light for a

Zeal-Dream-Sorc.

Since she's wearing a Passion

Phase Blade and dual Dream there's only the armor slot availeble for this jewel. Looking at the build on maxroll I'm a bit confused. With gloves,

Highlord's Wrath and Passion you already reach the maximum fps according to this attackspeed calc. Wouldn't it be much better to slot

Guardian's Light instead of the 15IAS/15@ jewel?

And what about a jeweler's armor of whatever with

Guardian's Light and 3x light facet? Sure, you'll be less tanky, but the lightningdmg from the facets should add quite some dps in addition to the +15%/-15%, right? Or does the merc's Infinity make the facets obsolete?

I have the same understanding as you about the IAS part. On my own

Zeal-Dream sorc I went for a Chains of Honor because it's realistically the only way to get to the 75%res

Cap unless I get super lucky with gg rares or I dump a couple hundred dollars into the game. If I had a jeweler's armor of whatever, I'd probably throw the ubers gem in there and 3

The alternative I've been pondering is a Beast on swap to turn into bear, and then have Crescent Moon Runeword to attack. On that variant I guess I'd have more value from say 3 15/15 jewels instead of 3
