My Trap-Assasin has a harlekins at the moment, now i got a Guardian's Thunder jewel, my question is : Should i put it in the Harle or try to get a Griffons Eye for it?

Depends on how good the roll is. If it's a godly roll, save it for griffons(they are quite cheap for a bad roll). If it's a bad roll, put it in Harlequin Crest

get a not perfect griffon but have similar performance to perfect.
Usually -20 resistance + 10 skill griffon. it should really cheap, Vex maybe, if you spend time , you probably able to find a socket with it.
