Baal runs to get a higher level P8 cursed Lister. After many, many runs, about half of runs successfully binding a Minion (they die super fast) and about half of those being Lister, I finally got a cursed one. Aura was

Conviction. Not the best for me, but good enough since I like to play with my bother who runs a Sorc and and elemental Druid. Note: nothing special dropped during all this time, at least nothing I could physically see with my eyeballs.

Time to field test my super powerful Lister. Cow level terrorized, so killed some cows. I did not notice a huge difference in killing speed with the higher Lvl Lister, but that might be lack of Might.

Flash forward, I

we were doing great and all up until WSK lvl 1. I walked past the stairs, my brother was still in town. I see a pack of monsters and try to kill them from a distance. it looked like I was being successful, and I opened a portal and said it was safe. I was immediately killed by I don't know what. My brother entered the portal and also died. he made the mistake of trying to recover the body and died again. Then he rage quitted the game. I was still inside, so I convinced him to come back and try to finish the act. He did but because he quit he lost a lot of xp. I feel bad for telling him it was safe, but I really thought it was...

Only characters capable of recovering a body IMO are summoner Druid or Boiler Warlock.
This two can go safe from the waypoint naked, slowly clearing stuff. For any other character I quit if I am in solo game and there is no one to clear every-every hostile thing around my body. Otherwise it is almost guaranteed another chunk of experience will be lost. With a possibility to loose your gear too.

Everyday since birth

When ROTW released I had about 2 weeks of moderate play time before work and life got too busy. Since then I haven't even touched the game except to log in so I don't lose my online characters. My SSF warlock is stuck in Act 1 Normal.

Each day I'm playing Diablo 2 is a day I'm making no progress, but I don't care
