seriously, you got very lucky
It decreases your cold res by 70% but eliminates cold immunities on enemies. plus other added bonuses. very valuable for cold builds like blizzard sorc or frozen arrow amazon

thx mate, after some research i figured out that they are indeed rare
but tbh i don't really have any usage for this one, especially not on non-ladder since i only main my barb there.
So if u really need it, what could u offer me for a trade? i dunno about their actual value tho...

i would pay up to 2 Jah or equivalent of your choice. you may try and get even more on the market atm, as the roll is really good and the market is still not saturated
