Does drop rates increase in Terror zones from chests etc. Especially thinking about Lower Kurast?

afaik chests are unaffected by tzone levels, i normally only pop them in level 85 zones. happy to be proven incorrect though
From what i have read TZ affect them too. But only the item level like TZ does, not any drop rate increasing.
TZ affects chests but not superchests like the ones you are talking about in LK

Are these blue/golden chests at the end of a Cave Level 2 also called superchests, or do they have their own name. Whats up with these then (y/n)?
I do believe those are superchests as well but don't quote me on that. The Gold chests with quest items in them are not as far as I know.
