+3 Bind Demon, +3 Lethargy and +3 mastery or Engorge would be the perhaps the best book base for summoner.
+3 Bind Demon +1-3 to Engorge and +1 to Syphon or Mirror blades can serve Fire, Abyss Warlock during leveling. Saves many points to put in your main tree. In the end game you will put hard points in given skills. You don't want to loose demon every time you swap your weapon.
For summoner- boiler there is Baal book which is BIS.
In late game +3 Binddemon Splendor + Mang Song Lesson makes sense on swap before leaving the game . So when re joining your demon is improved.
