Ok i know Vengeance is bad trust me I have heard it before on reddit. I can do ubers with Fleshripper but it sucks i am thinking Kingslayer would be good but I am not sure if I should go with Phase Blade or Berserker Axe. Sorry if my formatting is bad i am using a controller to type this

I don't quite get what you are asking.
1) Are talking about a paladin or another class using O-Skill?
2) If paladin, what kind of paladin? A Vengeance paladin or another?
3) When doing Ubers, are still using Vengeance or e.g. Smite?
Assuming you are in fact talking about a Vengeance paladin doing Ubers, the answer to your question PB or BA is: Most likely BA but it depends. What does the rest of your gear look like

Speed is all that matters for CB
Kingslayer Phase Blade is a solid choice for Ubers or Dclone.
I've done it with both smiter/zealot, and with Frenzy Barb using Grief+Kingslayer.

I actually have a friend that did it with both either good old Grief, and with eBotD, using Vengeance itself. But agrees that even 1point Smite is more efficient, but at least he tried
