The blue bugs start getting annoying. This one blocked the way. It was not possible to continue.
Never seen these blue dudes before. Maybe it's a bug with the Defliers, as I don't use them. Could you Blade Warp over them?

this is a bug. try going to town with a tp, wait a bit and go back.
I had that when running Baal in tzones. some demon before Baal in the waves bugged out.
I could reset one demon, but had already two bugging out. then you have to change games.
