I have absolutely no clue how this works and all I know is that I must be an absolute outlier. The unique/set (I keep) that dropped the most times has been Andariel's Visage. Never an ethereal one but since starting to play again in December, it's been 10 or so. Two 10s among them. At least my mercs aren't complaining. Also... cannot complain, War Traveler drop quite well for me - it's been the first valuable item I got dropped since returning and so far I found 7, among them a perfect 50 as the last one that I got some weeks ago.

For me? Sigons' ALL THE BLOODY TIME. Generally Sigon's Gage or Sigon's Shelter. Great if you're level 15-20, but not so when you're level 89 and somwhere in Hell Act 5
This really makes me wish I'd kept track of all my drops too. Isenhart's is probably my most common drop but it's funny that Atma's Scarab & Highlord's Wrath are half (if not more) of the unique amulets in my collection.
Meh, i actually use the Sigon Belt, Boots and gloves combination all the way sometimes. Hi, getting like a cancer on Bane's Oathmaker and The Jade Tan Do version. But mostly the Set version of the Kris Bane's Oathmaker is mostly rolling out. Isenhart pieces are common, but when I did 5 pit runs, i obtained 7x Bane's Oathmaker. Its total cancer for me. Weekly its over a hundred for sure, not even kidding.
As for highend, Griswold's Honor Vortex Shield and Griswold's Valor Corona for sure. Set version of Corona ive found 19 times, 0 times CoA for all-time. Still trying to find it
