Description

All I seem to know for sure(?) as that the Statue
Duriel
drops seems to be one most highly valued due to the PITA it is to farm it compared to the others. Is there a general notion of what this single statue goes for? maybe a single
Jah
? perhaps even more?

Also, what about the other statues?...is the
Baal
one considered the next most valuable due to farming it being seemingly more difficult? Seems to make sense, if so.

Finally, is there a consensus of something like maybe some statue(s) are commonly traded for multiples of others that are more common? If so, what is the rough relative trade value of them individually?

Thanks much in advance for any help/info/thoughts/etc...

Though sales are becoming harder at that point as prices are finally dropping a bit.

The relative pricing still remains about the same though from what I can tell:
A1 = A3 = A4 << A2 < A5

Makes sense as well, seeing how people tend to happily farm andy, meph and cs and they can all be done in record time.
Duriel
takes slightly longer and plenty of people just hate farming him.
And
Baal
is the hardest to farm for many people and for those who do steamroll past him, he still takes the longest (by far), thanks to the wave delays. Even more so if you don't know how to prevent the hydras. Plus he seems to be stingy AF by comparison...ahole didn't give me a single worusk in like 6 rotations by now...

Easiest to farm is
Mephisto
, only one level deep below waypoint.

Diablo too, if you only keep popping seals and not killing anything.

Then
Andariel
, two waypoints deep.

These are interchangeable in price.



Then
Duriel
because it's PITA, as you put it, to find him. You can go to
Arcane Sanctuary
, farm summoner and look at missing symbol to find him with certainty on the first try.

Then
Baal
because noone actually farms him. When
Baal
tz comes everyone just does waves. He's two levels below waypoint and the waves take time, so you won't kill him as many times per the 30-minute duration.

You can check the price history page for each statue. You will see that
Baal
is consistently sold for 1
Jah
.
Duriel
was too, at the start, but it dropped to
Lo
due to abundance. Andy was aimed at
Ist
at first, but now she's at 2, same like
Mephisto
. Diablo is considered in between these two, but still more like a
Vex
.

Prices are in flux, but demand is still high, driving prices up.

And he often has those nasty Souls and Dolls around him. For my Cold Sorc quite a pain in the ass to quickly and safely clear the throne room...

On topic: The value fluctuates very much. Yesterday I traded 2
Talic's Anguish
and 2
Korlic's Pain
for 2
Worusk's End
. But usually prices are much higher. E.g. 3

. Despite that, currently most sellers want
Jah
+ for
Worusk's End
and not trade for other statues. But when the market is saturated with the new Jewels I am sure prices will drop significantly.

How do you prevent the hydras? I have that happen occasionally but I couldn't find a system yet. Wish I hadn't farmed CS for my entire life...

Instant Death is the obvious option.

But if your class/build can't pull that off, you can prevent hydras simply by timing an interrupt onto the wave 3 spawn. Basically, you have from the time of their spawn until the time of their
Hydra
cast's action frame to interrupt them.

If you have a reliably high enough dmg skill you can do that simply by forcing them into recovery with it.
If you're on one of the classes/builds that can't reliably do that, most of them still have access to some form of interrupt that can be used.
Cloak of Shadows
on a sin,
Abyss
on a lock,
Leap
and
War Cry
on a barb and so on and so forth.

The timing takes some practice to get right as the timing of your interrupt/attack skill's action frame very much matters and it hence varies from class to class and build to build. But the Principle works across the board.

The other way is you can keep your distance, if you can kill them from outside of their detection range, they won't spawn their
Hydra
.

You can do this by standing in the middle of the second set of torches closest to the entry arch of the room, as long as you have a reasonable ranged aoe skill (blizzard,
Apocalypse
,
Multiple Shot
, and similar).
