Thanks for offers guys, but seems to me its quite difficult to even get a Latent charm to drop, let alone the type you need.

After that, the Latent charm has 50% (I assume) chance to roll +dmg or pen, where the pen is more desirable on every build.

Even if you roll the pen, the range is -5 - -10, hence -8 is on the good side of this too.

Then we come to the other rolls.

You could get more coin (wasted mod) instead of more magic find , low life or mana roll (wasted mod) , and faster hit recovery instead faster run walk (idk but I prefer my peeps to be fast).

I understand prices drop due to item accumulation, but given the low chance to get anything as useful as above offered item, overall my opinion is that the charm is worth quite a bit more than the offers made. So I have to decline them.
