Tried my luck farming Trav looking for high runes. Didn't find any, but I found something arguably as good.

When struck by lightning related spells/abilities, grants user 50% chance to cast lvl 30 Static Field on hit for 1 min
Else struck by other spells/abilities/damage
Grant user a 50% chance to burn and shock enemies when struck for 1 min
Can trade on PC or SWITCH
