It might help to say that I have not played in about 15 years, my first character is currently a trap assassin and I am level 68. I am not sure what I should be looking for, but gear that prioritizes the assassin, or potentially a Warlock in the future would be helpful, if this charm is actually able to help obtain anything like that.
