I have one question...why Eschuta's Temper is better than Death's Fathom in blizzard build? i don't understand. Thank you!
it is depends on how you play, if you need very very high fcr and press orb, blizzard, and some other skills and want Teleport very quick...
meaning you have enough damage, just need quicker move, it is Eschuta's Temper high fcr. blizzard/Hydra or blizzard/Nova
In early time, I play very slow, that I sometimes play huge damage and very low fcr. That is because orb and blizzard have delay.
In such case, 2h staff or d's fathon +4 facet shield may works better.
Please be aware, all my trade is in non ladder d2r. Not warlock.

It is the first and only time I have seen anyone bringing up eschutas in a blizzard sorc discussion. Leox opinion should be treated as unique.
For single ele cold sorc, Death's Fathom is obviously superior to eschutas. For multi element, you'd go with Hoto, Oculus, Tal Orb, or a rare (if you are very rich).
It is pretty easy to hit 105 fcr with 20 or 30 fcr on weapon and a cold sorc can live well with 63 fcr if the 105 BP can't be reached.
One of the few reasons for eschutas is to hit 200fcr on a PvP Fireball sorc. Apart from that, eschutas is known to be subpar ("newb trap") and worse than its stats would suggest.
D2R is nothing but a highly complex paper doll dress up simulator.
I've got 100+ crafted amulets (from cheap to gg). Let me know what you are looking for.

My last run of 2h blizzard is using budget staff like this post. And Memory is good.
because I use it to run Baal. Static Field works.
+% cold skill damage is not very effective than fire sorc's -% fire res in equipment.
2h blizzard:
2h Memory or Death's fathon
osmur's robe
arch Belt
harlequin / nightwing's viel
Anyway, I end up switch to hybird mode and no sunder (replace by +1 skiller).
cold's orb need 1 extra cast to kill some hard enemy but have one extra elemental fire/light.
cold sorc have huge delay between cast spells, you either find another element to fill in gap or kill all fcr unnecessarily.
