Does it seem like ROTW has more frequent rune drops? I'm playing NL and I don't have any hard numbers, but it seems that I'm filling up that rune page faster than I normally would expect.

Same observation but for low runes, for mid and high rune feel like rate went down, i have not picked up any runes above Mal in last 2 weeks
The devs didn't mess with rune drops. But I think people are snapping a mental chalk line with release of RotW and seeing if their personal baseline changes. If we give it time, things will appear to even back out.
I hadn't found a high rune in the two months leading up to release of RotW.
Since release, I've found Zod, Jah, Sur, Ohm, and Gul. But this is just a small snippet of data; an outlier. This spike will flatten out over time.

Hm, no, I don't think they changed something.
I am playing more than the last months, so I find more runes.
And thanks to the new stash, I pick up every rune, which I didn't do before.

They definitely changed my willingness to pick up low runes, though. This means I pay more attention to them.
Feels the same to me. Only difference being that I notice now because items are being shown again and I'm grabbing low runes again, at least until the stacks fill up.
