Measured Wrath is a decent mid-game item for a Fire Warlock. A good old Spirit
Monarch probably has the better stats overall, but
Measured Wrath only requires 38 strength (comapred to 156 strength requirement on a
Monarch) and it beats
Lidless Wall easily. Late-game however, it is outclassed by
Ars Al'Diabolos (level 80).

Monarch shield this is a pretty decent alternative.
