Desperately looking for new Polearm base for Merc (HC Ladder)

I'm lvl 65 Blizz Sorc playing Hardcore Ladder for the first time ever this Season, and managed to get to Hell difficulty. I need a better base for Insight on my Merc so he can deal some damage and survive. I've been farming Nightmare Cows, but had no luck so far. I tried cubing Partizans, but got 5os several times. Running low now on PA and

Ral/

Amn Runes.

I was wondering if I am doing something wrong, and maybe there is a better/faster way to get a 4os

Partizan? Should I instead run Normal Cows? I already used the socket quest in Act 5 normal btw.

I filled out the search parameters for you. It looks like areas with the best odds in P1 Normal TZ is

Halls of Pain (1:5) and

Bloody Foothills (1:6). However I recommend farming in P1 Normal TZ Tombs. Odds are a bit lower at 1:7 but you have way more area to farm, meaning you won't have to make new games as frequently.
