This here book will outclass both Spirit
Monarch and Phoenix
Monarch as a pairing for your
Mang Song's Lesson/Obsession in your (one) hand for Apocalypse Warlocks after level 80.

+Fire damage only comes from facets for anyone but sorceress. Up to +25% (30% with facet, or 35% with guardian's fire) will do wonders to your damage output. Also +5-7 Apocalypse is nuts.

Spirit boasts non-fire resistances and life/mana but lacks pure damage potential
Ars Al'Diablolos offers.

Phoenix looks good on paper but -fire res is easily available both through
Conviction and apocalypse itself.
Redemption aura is not needed when you have
Prayer+Cure+Insight merc and
Conviction thanks to binding any demon who already has it (most people get
Lister the Tormentor or
Hephasto the Armorer)
