In this new leader session, which class and build will you be playing?

I'm still undecided between Javazon or Sorceress

Frozen Orb and

Meteor. After playing for so long, it's hard to innovate, lol.

I haven't played ladder in 20 years, but I'm thinking Either Javazon or some kind of Assassin bc those are the only classes I haven't really played much at all.

Fireball is more fun to play.

Frozen Orb and

Meteor share the same cooldown.
But you can throw in

Fireball when your

Frozen Orb is on cooldown.
It makes a much more active playstyle.
With enough FCR you can cast

Frozen Orb on the left mouse button and with

Fireball on the right it works very well and (most importantly) it is fun to play and requires at least a little skill^^

I honestly don't know. I'd like to partner up with people as I'd like to have good team composition but I'm on Xbox/switch. I'd also like to do HC but I'm open to SC as well given this would be my first ladder.

I am planning to do an extra-hard run with a selffound Fendzon. My playing partner will do a summoner Druid. So we have to arrange our mercs around a pure physical party. Act 1 Rogue or Act 3 Iron Wolf come to mind, until we can build a Lawbringer and/or get hands on a Reapers. As always, we won't rush or play in open games. The goal is to kill

Baal on hell with selffound stuff only.

Spear warrior, I created one recently, it's a lot of fun. I suggest you make a hybrid of poison and electric; I've been thinking about making a martial arts assassin.

There must definitely be groups on Xbox, it's a shame the game isn't cross-player.

The Druid summoning spell is very good; it can kill everything without difficulty. It's a good strategy to create internal game rules. I used to do this a lot with Pokémon, for example, reaching the end using only Flying-type Pokémon.

Javelin piercing thing sounded cool. I've seen it in action. Only thing is the build has like ZERO MF. Thanks for the input! If you have a maxroll build I'd be happy to check it out!

I couldn't find the build on Maxroll; I took it from a video, but it's in Portuguese. However, through the planner, you can understand it. You attack the monsters with

Plague Javelin and

Lightning Fury. I set up the planner exactly as it is on my Amazon.

Start with Poison and put as many points as possible into

Plague Javelin first, then increase your points to Thunder Fury, followed by the Poison synergy, and finally the Lightning synergy.

Javazons rock, definitely build one if you're on the fence. Lack of magic find is somewhat offset by super fast clearing that nets you tons and tons of kills imo. Can also confirm that hybrid lightning/poison is good enough to clear Hell although I respec'd once I got a sunder charm. Try to get Treachery for the interaction between

Plague Javelin and Venom - mixing up periodically throwing poison javelins into your

Charged Strike attacks really helps make up for the single target damage output you lose from less synergy points to it. Also use

Decoy - very underrated skill imo, meat shield that goes exactly where you want it and stays there, can very easily misdirect gloam lightning and other scary ranged attacks.
