To reach 105 FCR you have 2 options - either 10 FCR on the amulet or on a ring - besides the "standard" equipment - Viper,

Magefist, Griffon, Arachnid

To reach 86 FHR breakpoint (not using

Sandstorm Trek) - you need 6 x GC FHR + 10 FHR on

Boots + 1 x SC with 5 FHR getting a total of 87
