damn, do people really want/need fcr on sin? I thought they tended to prioritize ias and even frw over it. Oh well, thanks for the info.

Apart from zons, every Enigma user wants fcr.

But that's not the point: frw or res can be found somewhere else, like

Boots. However 2 all skills (incl bo/bc) 120ish life 120ish mana of Harlequin's Crest is hard to beat as soon as you don't have fcr. Except if you don't like it's look of course

The thing is, you can have everything that's on your circ AND 20 fcr. Those are worth a lot because you can use them with Enigma and run fast,

Teleport fast, and kill fast.

Yours is only relevant for people that "can't afford Enigma" therefore it can't reach high values. The value of Harle serves as an anchor price tag. Even though it's comparing apples and oranges, Necrarch is right that basically circs without fcr are not better than Harle in the aspect that both are temps before you get a circ with fcr.

Having said all that, you could get up to
