Then not too much. At lvl 89 you get 2 all skills, 7ml is kind of lost and there are few assa builds that need 20 fcr on the amulet - most only need 17+ to reach the 102 breakpoint.
On the other hand, martial arts in current meta thanks to Mosaic and 20fcr on the amu makes it super easy to hit the 65 BP. Maybe around Jah?
