Very interesting Staff. I've no idea how much it is worth however, but I am glad you shared this staff with us 
I can not find any similar in ladder.
In NL, some are selling this for around 35-40 Jah.
I suppose you shouldn't be far from the price in ladder with 10-15 Jah.
