I think it's less valuable than one might expect. You need 20 fcr to reach the next BP, 2 summon is not the best tree (even summoner wants curses and CE).
Since fcr is not that important for a summoner, I'd argue that a low mara's is better. Which would put this below

20 from Trang, 10 from one ring, 18 from amu.

With full Trang, the BP is at 65 not 75 btw. But I think I got your point.
