DPS is like half of what a good pvm ww barb should have, reaper merc doesn't have 75ias, and 380mana is def not enough. Just made the video to show the gameplay with a 37FCR mainhand barb.

I use Breath of the Dying on offhand and it has mana/life leech. Works great to keep me topped off. You could also use a dual leech ring. I prefer not using Raven Frost, as it leads to shatteted corpses and less horks. I put a Cham in my G-face for CBF.
Usually looking for Runes, Essences, PGems, Tokens, Keys, etc.

Raven Frost doesn't only gives CBF but high amount of AR too.
I don't really like Breath of the Dying because no crushing blow and no deadly strike. Only pure damage.
That's fine but less effective against boss or p8 games.
