Frenzy Barbarian help please

I am currently trying to farm up to be able to get a Lo rune for at least 1 Grief, but here is my current loadout - https://maxroll.gg/d2/d2planner/3l0106zm

My questions to anyone who can steer me in the correction direction are:
1. How much chance to hit should I be aiming for with Frenzy? At what point do I swap out the angelic set for the Highlords and Carrion?
2. Should I be looking for a different ring other than Carrion?
3. Right now I am farming hell Trav with just enough luck to get Gold and items to npc at the moment. I know it will take a lot more runs before I see anything good, but is there anywhere else I should be looking to farm at my current gear level? (Trav takes me about a minute or two to clear unless its Terror, then it takes me up to 5 depending on what the council rolls).
4. Is there any other gear I should be looking to upgrade before, or after ideally (i think) dual Grief?
5. What base should I use for the Grief?

1. As high as you reasonably can, but gets easier as you level. Probably not specific.
2. Yes, just gamble an attack rating/leech/resist ring. Also, stop using ravenfrost as fast as you can (see below).
3. Might be a little long, but trav is high yield. Think your top priority should be to stop using Lawbringer immediately, with slain monsters rest in Peace. You won’t be able to use Find Item on anything. Also, cold damage from Fortitude chilling proc and Raven Frost will shatter 20% of bodies after Lawbringer is gone. So you’ll have to work toward cannot be frozen from something else. Also, get rid of all +cold damage charms.
4. Dual Grief is ideal.
5. Phase Blade.
Extra:
- use Find Item skill. It will make your runs 50-75% more efficient. If this is a dedicated trav runner I would prioritize maximizing Find Potion and put around 11 points into Find Item.
- need one point in Berserk for when they spawn physical immune

Assuming I make him a dedicated runner, would the following changes work?
1. Changing Lawbringer for Unbending Will (Will do griefs when I can afford the Lo runes)
2. Using durials shell, or perhaps Smoke or Lionheart armor instead of fort
3. alibaba dual wield on switch for mf / Gold for horking
4. respec and losing Battle Cry / Ward for more points into Find Item
5. swap Belt for trangs or Goldwrap once I can get a Cham

Even if not dedicated to trav, Find Item is such a powerful skill that it’s hard not to max Find Potion and at least a few points in Find Item.

Think that would work. Ward might have an issue with corpses, too, but can’t exactly remember what. String of Ears can really help with survivability.
