Not exactly sure if its worth something but i do know the stats are useful in an vlld build
2 of them are good (fhr/life), 2 are useful but could roll higher (mana/str), ED is very match up dependent, fres is usually useless.
Seems a bit not enough for it to be worth something but I am not PvP expert so please wait for a second advice

fhr do not count as "could roll higher" too?
