IMHO little to no value. If you're lucky you can get some pgems or so.
To be honest I'm not sure why you even craft hit power rings. The affixes from the recipe are pretty bad.
AFAIK the only good recipe with hit power are Hit Power Gloves because of knockback.
I craft items to upgrade my "not so good" items (and I think it's kind of fun )
For sale... I think would be better to just keep the Amn and sell them in bulk or cube a Sol for a Blood Ring shot
(Is there any build that wants a Blood Amulet? I only see Rare Amulet and Caster Amulet - or unique/set amulets - in serious builds )
