Can't give trust due to lack of comment, but comment was made

I cannot give trust in a trade even though the trade partner has commented because "they haven't commented yet" : post3997380.html#p3997380

I wonder if it is related to the specific user
Device: PC
Browser: firefox (141.0.3) & Edge (139.0.3405.86)
OS: win10

Steps to reproduce:
- mark a trade as sold I guess

Anything else to add:
- refreshing does not help, tried different browsers

Probably because of the ' in the username.
