No, first of all thanks for your answers. If (and i think blizz will) they nerf them, then maybe the newly genrated, existing will keep their specs. Or, they will nerf the skills, adding a cast delay or some other kind of limit (only 1 or 2 charges at the same time).

Amn is not too expensive, and see what comes after some patience

Wondering how they can nerf Mosaic and still make it usable. Best guess is finishing moves won't reset

Charge timers anymore? If they make it not 100% chance to lose charges it just ruins the item entirely IMO, and if they nerf the character itself, it would just ruin other weapons too.

Another risk is Mosaic become NL on next ladder if update comes out at the next ladder.
Prices will go down.
