Had the same question as got one also (but normal base), I still have my Memory on it butnot much value.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
Sorry for the off-topic. I have an Archon Staff 4so with +2 to Nova. Does it make sense to create Memory to sell in the future, or is it just Charsi food?

If it's to level up as light sorc, that works just fine, but Memory is used for prebuff only when arrived in end game, so you want +3 Energy Shield first, then other useful prebuff (Thunderstorm, Chilling or Frozen Armor, or even Enchant for your merc).
In main setup as said above it's self wield Infinity or Eschuta + Spirit
So no trading value.
