Can be used to make Runewords:
2/20/30 is optimal, but the 4 STR (too low) nor the 1 os bring significant value (if you want this Circlet, you'll socket it anyway - this only saves one Larzuk quest, practical but not very valuable). So it's an almost blank 2/20/30. In non ladder my guess would be around Ber. In ladder prices should be lower.
The same with 2 os would have gone of the roof (4 best possible affixes !).

I agree with Necrarch. On ladder you will get max. Ohm for this.
As Poison Necro I'd always choose a 2/20fcr/2os over 2/20fcr/30frw. I would even choose a 2/30frw/2os over a 2/20fcr/30frw. Poison facettes all the way
