Trying to surmise the value of this Hellfire Torch , I have received Sur as an offer and other as 18/18/9 Annihilus. Would I be better off looking for a Ber or Jah, or one of these runes ( or current offers ) + other HR's?
Would appreciate any feedback.

Can be used to make Runewords:
Click on Hellfire Torch in your post, then price history and try to find similar ones in other seasons early ladder.
On paper, don't take the Anni - they are easy to farm through DClone. Sur offer does not look bad.
